Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition as received
- With original packaging intact
Return Authorization

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns (including change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or used items
- Items missing original packaging
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different style or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs on international orders.
